  1. Stella Island Gift Cards are issued by Stella Hotels Collection (“Stella Beach S.A”) whose registered office is at Analipsi Hersonissou, 70014 Crete, Greece.
  2. Stella Island Gift Cards issued are subjected to these Terms and Conditions; and by purchasing a Stella Island Gift Card, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. All guests staying in Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa can enjoy the redemption of Stella Island Gift Cards and which is issued under their name.
  4. Stella Island Gift Cards are purchased on www.stellaisland.gr and the Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of that website, including Stella Island Privacy Policy, will apply.
  5. Payment will be made to Stella Hotels (Stella Beach S.A.). Stella Island Gift Cards may be cancelled after issue if any information supplied at the time of purchase is untrue or inaccurate, or if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and/or billing information have been supplied.
  6. Each Stella Island Gift Card features a unique Serial Number and an Expiry Date and:
    • Stella Island Gift Cards may only be used for the gift or the service that are specifically purchased for.
    • Stella Island Gift Cards are redeemable subject to availability at the discretion of Stella Island S.A.
    • Stella Island Gift Cards may not be exchanged wholly or partly for cash [nor will any change be given].
    • For Stella Island Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and may not be redeemed beyond that period.
    • Stella Island cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any Stella Island Gift Cards. Stella Island Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, damaged, stolen or expired and are void if altered, copied or reproduced.
    • Stella Island Gift Card is only valid when displaying a verified Serial Number and a Non-Expired Date.
    • Stella Island reserves the right not to accept altered Stella Island Gift Cards.
    • In the event that the value of Stella Island Gift Card does not cover the full cost of the accommodation, food, beverages or other services provided by Stella Island S.A, then the balance must be paid by the recipient of Stella Island Gift Card to Stella Island in cash or by a valid debit/credit card.
    • Stella Island Gift Card is issued only in euros which is the official currency of the Stella Island website and at which it is redeemed.
    • Stella Island reserves the right to change terms and conditions of the Gift Card policy without further notice.
  7. Any accommodation reservation made at a Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa involving a Stella Island Gift Card will be subjected to the standard Stella Island Reservation Terms and Conditions and to the Terms and Conditions of the chosen room type, which are visible on the hotel’s website.
  8. Stella Hotels Collection acts solely as the issuer of Stella Island Gift Cards. Upon redemption of Stella Island Gift Card, the legal contract for provision of the benefits and any other services is made with the Stella Island Luxury Resort & Spa which thereafter assumes full responsibility and liability for the provision of such benefits and any other services and it is a condition of the sale of Stella Island Gift Card that Stella Hotels Collection has no liability whatsoever for the provision of any benefits or any related issues or consequences.
  9. Any use of the Stella Island website (www.stellaisland.gr) or any related Stella Island website will be subject to the Policies, Terms and Conditions displayed on or accessible from the website.
